LEGAL RESTRICTIONS AND TERMS OF USE AND PARTICIPATION

In order to use the Event Fabulous web site and/or participate in Event Fabulous events, you must register and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”). As part of your registration, you must confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions of Use and follow the instructions for Registration. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the web site and participation in all Event Fabulous events. This Agreement may be modified by Event Fabulous, the owner of this web site, from time to time.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to register for Event Fabulous events and to use this web site. Participation in Event Fabulous events and use of this web site is void where prohibited. By using this web site and/or participating in Event Fabulous events, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

REFUNDS

Please understand that planning an Event Fabulous event is customised to our customers needs and is a time consuming process. Our staff work hard to ensure that each customer is placed at the most suitable event. A cancellation at any time can be a real set back to the process; therefore, your place cannot be reserved or confirmed until payment has been received.

1. All payments to Event Fabulous are non-refundable once a ticket has been purchased under any circumstances unless Event Fabulous must reschedule the time, date or location of an event.
2. Event Fabulous will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site. However, Event Fabulous reserves the right to cancel and/or modify event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event.  Event Fabulous holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that Event Fabulous must reschedule an event, you will be given an option to choose another event convenient for you or request a full refund.

PRICING

The cost to attend each event is specified in your invitation or on your ‘Member’ page. However, prices can change at any time without prior notice. The price will be displayed on the payment page prior to entering payment details.

PHOTOGRAPHS AT EVENTS

Event Fabulous often takes photographs for publicity purposes. These images may appear in our printed publications, member newsletter and on our website. By registering to become a member you provide permission to Event Fabulous to use your image(s) taken at events in publicity material (newsletter, web page, direct mail etc). Names will not be used unless such participant has specifically granted his or her consent, in writing, for such use. Any materials provided to or taken by Event Fabulous will not be returned and will become the sole property of Event Fabulous.

DISCLAIMER

1. Event Fabulous holds no responsibility for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not arise between you and another person that you might meet through an Event Fabulous event. Event Fabulous take no responsibility for the activities neither of participants, nor of participants at consequential meetings. You agree not to initiate any claim against Event Fabulous resulting from either social or dating activities and agree to hold Event Fabulous free from any liability.
2. Event Fabulous does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with any other participant. Additionally, Event Fabulous does not guarantee that any match between participants will be successful.
3. While Event Fabulous will do its best to ensure you don’t meet the same people more than twice, we cannot guarantee that all participants will be new at each event. Event Fabulous will alert you (no names will be provided) prior to your confirmation payment if there are participants you have previously met giving you the option to accept or decline the invitation.
4. You understand and acknowledge that Event Fabulous events are held at venues which neither Event Fabulous nor any of its business partners and employees has any control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at an Event Fabulous event, you agree to release Event Fabulous and its business partners from any liability, losses, damages, liabilities, claims and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and defence or settlement costs). You agree and recognise that your use of the service provided by Event Fabulous is entirely at your own risk. 

Event Fabulous reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who has not conducted themselves in a proper manner or who we have received complaints about during an event.

Event Fabulous reserves the right to alter any respect of its services, including but not limited to pricing, at any time without notice.

ACCESS AND USE

You are solely responsible for your use of the Event Fabulous web site and protecting access by others to your account from your computer or other computers from which you access your account. Event Fabulous advises that you maintain the secrecy of all passwords and that you make sure that you logoff after each visit to the Event Fabulous website.
You are granted access to make personal use of this site and you are not allowed to download, modify or create a hyperlink to this site, or any portion of it, except with the express prior written consent of Event Fabulous or its business partners, as applicable.
Event Fabulous reserves the right to terminate your use of any of the services provided on the Event Fabulous website, for any reason, in its reasonable discretion.
